Shana has always been drawn to water, having an innate understanding of its significance as a life force. Her newest series is inspired by this connection. She uses foraged seaweed and coral to explore the enigma of the ocean, paying homage to its beauty and power. The monotype layers build on each other, mimicking the ocean’s magnificent, layered processes that invisibly shape our world.
